Why I think Kerala CM can be right!

Well,
Look at the comment of Kerala CM: “If it had not been (Major) Sandeep’s house, not even a dog would have glanced that way,” – Kerela Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan.
Kerala CM might have invited flak from all the corner of the country, but i think he is right.
Why?
Because only a dog can know the likings and disliking of another dog!!!!!!!!
